- For the disciples of Jesus…for the house of Israel…for the children of Islam.…all of us dear to God…that good will and mutual respect may grow among us, we pray to the Lord.
- For all who labor to negotiate international covenants of peace…that God may bless every effort to cast out the spirit of conflict, we pray to the Lord.
- For social justice and outreach ministries that continue the mission of the good shepherd…that they may work to make all civil and church structures serve those in need, we pray to the Lord.
- For those who are sick or suffering in any way…for those anointed at Mass today…that they may experience the compassion that filled the heart of Jesus through those who care for them, especially: All those listed in our bulletin, prayer intention book and personal prayers, we pray to the Lord.
- For all of us gathered here today…that we may freely give what we have received…the good news of reconciliation, we pray to the Lord.
- For all those who have died…that God may hold them dear and bring them to the home Jesus went to prepare for them, especially: Jean Linn, Leo Congeni, Sam Zingale, Christopher Zingale and Joanne Honohan
- For the whole church…that we may renew our gratitude to God who provides for our journey with the bread that is his own Son, we pray to the Lord.
- For Fr. John, celebrating his 46th anniversary of ordination this weekend…that he may know our appreciation of him as our pastor, we pray to the Lord.
- For the peoples of earth, facing common dangers and sharing a common destiny…that all may learn to share justly and fairly the world’s limited resources, we pray to the Lord.
- For those who prepare our children to come to the table and those who bring communion to those who are homebound, in hospitals and nursing homes…that they may be living signs of the presence of Christ, we pray to the Lord.
- For those who are sick or suffering in any way…that they may be cared for compassionately and know the healing touch of Jesus, especially all those listed in our bulletin, prayer intention book and personal prayers, we pray to the Lord.
- For those of us gathered here today…that we who eat the one bread of Christ’s body and drink the one cup of Christ’s blood may pour out our lives more generously in mutual service, we pray to the Lord.
- For those who were nourished on earth with the living bread from heaven and have now died…that they may be at peace in the home that Jesus went to prepare for them, especially Janet Sherman and Michael Carney.
- For Church leaders and ministers…that in leading people into the heart of the Mystery of God’s Mercy and graciousness, we may all become steadfast in love and faithfulness, we pray to the Lord.
- For people who have been persecuted because of their faith and those living in violent and war-torn parts of the world…that they may be supported by the peace, love, and grace that God offers us through one another and in God’s word, we pray to the Lord.
- For single persons, for married couples, for parents and children, for those vowed religious…that their love and respect for one another may reflect the life of the Triune God, we pray to the Lord.
- For those who are sick or suffering in any way, for those having surgery, for those in hospice…that our care and concern for them be a healing communion, especially: Bill Debre, Joan Evans and all those listed in our bulletin, prayer intention book, and personal prayers, we pray to the Lord.
- For this assembly where our life is seen when we exchange the sign or peace…that our worship may bear witness to the peace in which we live, we pray to the Lord.
- For those whose lives were sealed with the sign of the Trinity and have now died…that God may receive them into the heritage of all the saints, especially Lynn Loftus, Joanne Honohan and Matthew Werling. We pray to the Lord.
- For God’s holy church…gathered from every nation under heaven…that we may proclaim, in every language, God’s mighty deeds of power, we pray to the Lord.
- For peace throughout the whole world…that the prayer of Christ after his Resurrection “Peace be with you” may become a reality in our time for all people, regardless of their race or culture, we pray to the Lord.
- For all of our veterans on this Memorial Day Weekend who have faithfully served our country…that they may know of our appreciation for them, we pray to the Lord.
- For those who received the sacraments of initiation at the Easter Vigil and are now continuing to meet to discover what it means to live as Catholic Christians…that they may be integrated into the life of our parish, we pray to the Lord.
- For the sick and all who are weighed down with the burden of pain and suffering…that the healing power of God’s Holy Spirit may enliven them and bring them fresh hope and new life, especially all those listed in our bulletin, prayer intention book and personal prayers, we pray to the Lord.
- For all those who serve this community in all the variety of ministries …that the Spirit may inspire us to exercise our gifts for the common good, we pray to the Lord.
- For this eucharistic assembly, as we conclude the season of paschal joy…that the Spirit may send us forth as witnesses to peace and reconciliation, we pray to the Lord.
- For those who have died…that they may share in the banquet Christ has prepared for them in Heaven, especially Kevin Fischer and David Siple.
