Parish Office Manager
St. Christopher is looking for a dependable, organized Office Manager to support the daily operations of our parish office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing details, and serving our parish.
Responsibilities include:
- General office administration
- Answering phones and greeting visitors
- Posting offertory contributions
- Scheduling activities in the parish calendar
- Maintaining the parish database including entering new parishioner records and updating existing parishioner records
- Scheduling Liturgical ministers
- Preparing sacramental certificates and recording and updating sacramental records
- Preparing the weekly parish bulletin and e-newsletter
- Supporting parish staff and our ministries
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Computer skills: Office 365 Required. Familiarity with Ministry Platform, Ministry Scheduler Pro and Canva preferred.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm.
Salary range is $38,000.00 to $42,000.00 annually, plus health benefits and pension opportunity.
