Come O Long-expected Jesus,

Lord of light and hope and love.

Pour out Your spirit upon the women of St Christopher

Parish during this sacred season of Advent.

Give us light to see Your presence.

Give us wisdom to know Your will.

Give us strength to do Your work with love.

Give us peace so that we entrust our anxieties to Your gentle care.

Bring us to the joy of Christmas, our hearts set ablaze with the mystery of Your Incarnation.

We pray this in the name of Jesus our Savior,
